Judge tosses #Drumpf admin overly broad #Legal suit Seeking Billions Of Dollars from #Harvard University for supposed #Antisemitism. The case was deemed insufficiently documented as #DOJ sought to recover billion$ in federal #research grants awarded to to the Cambridge Mass based U since October 2023 over alleged discrimination by the oldest university in the #UnitedStates. #DJT administration has separately tried to cut billions of dollars of funding for Harvard for alleged antisemitism and liberal bias. Last September, a different #federal judge ruled those moves to cut funds largely unlawful and ordered the U's research budget be restored.
