I am a little over halfway finished with my #crochet #rainbow #hexagoncardigan! I finished the sleeves this week, and am now working on lengthening the body. After that, I need to edge the front panels and sew in ends, block it, and then I'm done! 🧶

Week 49 gets a very late entry: my finished cardigan!! I worked on it since July and it was not only my first big project, it was also my first clothing Item I ever made! It's finally finished, blocked, and gifted to my mom for christmas 2025 💜✨ #crochetaway #cardigan #grannystitch #hexagoncardigan

Almost finished with the first panel of my #crochet #rainbow #hexagoncardigan ! Just need to finish the last round of purple and then I can move on to the second panel. I think I will have to extend the width of the back of the cardigan because I have wide shoulders, and I'll also have to extend the length of the body and sleeves. I think I'm going to keep the kimono style sleeve instead of decreasing into a smaller cuff at the wrist.

I have no idea WTF I'm doing, but I've watched YT videos so clearly I should be an expert now. 🤣🤣 It's in the boring blob stage so photos are weird to post. I've never crocheted a garment before.
