Comme certains l'avaient déjà compris, la "Mini du Geek" était un #PoissonDAvril. Aucune figurine officielle à mon image n'est prévue.

J'ai essayé de coller au plus près des illustrations de Jean-Mathias Xavier, même s'il a parfois fallu improviser. Mais je trouve que le résultat est pas mal du tout !

My D&D oc is the best 🩶 Virhen (he/they), the dusk-elf turned dhampir. Bard turned warlock. They just want to escape from Strahd's domain any way they can, even if that means making a deal with an archfey.

Yesterday‘s D&D session was a blast. The characters attempted to retrieve a magical object from the bottom of the ocean, where they confronted several merrow, and were eventually attacked by a gargantuan hydra.
The group‘s pet giant crab died in the encounter, but the PC are contemplating whether to resurrect (and empower) it, through their newly acquired drop of nyx.

I've managed to do a bit of fiction proofreading. This bug I've had for weeks has knocked any sense of balance and routine out of me, so I've felt out of it.
But I also just played with #HeroForge's tool as I saw they'd introduced mounts.
In my world there are a small-ish number of "battle cats" available for one kingdom. HF don't have tigers yet, but I used the Lionesse model. It's not large/muscly enough but it's a good basis for drawing, at least.

Estella "Stellie" Angeli dirige la Cosa Rossa, la principale organisation criminelle martienne. On dit même que c'est elle qui détient le véritable pouvoir sur la planète plus si rouge. Sur Mars, il ne faut pas oublier que la pègre a le bras long et les orteils sensibles...Et oui le nom est un clin d'œil à la filleule d'Albator, parce que je trouvais délicieusement incongru de donner le nom de cette petite fille pure et innocente à la marraine de la pègre 😃 Pas sûr que Stellie Angeli joue de l'ocarina cela dit...

Présidente de la Ligue Arcadienne, Vivian Song cherche à maintenir l'indépendance de Mars face à l'Union Solaire et à l'Empire Jovien. Pour y parvenir, elle doit traiter avec des gouverneurs véreux, des corporations cupides et des organisations mafieuses. Cela ne l’enchante guère, mais elle est prête à compromettre son éthique pour assurer la liberté de son peuple… du moins jusqu’à un certain point.

Si elle traque sans merci les navires arborant le pavillon noir, l'amirale Constance DeWiart n’a jamais exprimé de haine vis-à-vis de ceux qu’elle est chargée d’éradiquer. Elle admet même volontiers avoir pour eux un certain respect. Leur courage, leur indépendance et leur dévotion envers les idéaux du Grand Rêve sont admirables. Mais le Grand Rêve est une relique d’un passé révolu, et ceux qui continuent de croire en lui doivent être éliminés pour faire place à l’avenir incarné par l’Union Solaire. Il n’y a pas de place pour des aventuriers hors-la-loi dans le nouvel ordre stellaire...

While working on #ScoutAndShaman, #CerianAndVaranWar, and #GwenAndGrey, I made a conscious decision to limit my physical descriptions of the characters.
Gwen has red hair. Ashwan is "shorter than expected". Hitomi is very tall and has wings (and Claire would give her a run for her money in height). Grey is never actually described beyond the bauplan they are using at the time - and the fact that their preferred #Dragon form is huge. Tannis, Ava, or Estelle don't get described at all.
My reasoning is to allow my readers to create their own images of how the characters look.
Since then, I have (naturally) run off to #HeroForge, and created 3d models of how I imagine they look!
Except for Grey. I will never really be able to model them, because their form is so mutable.
I will not be sharing these models online, because I really do want my readers to be the people who decide what the characters look like.
