A middle school book - December 30, 2025 - the second book of the Heroes of Olympus series centers around the Roman demigod camp and brings back Percy Jackson. My daughter loved some of the new characters introduced in this book, but she thought the first one was better.

Just finished The Mark of Athena. I'm glad everyone's little adventures and fights got wrapped up, though they felt kinda rushed, especially the Giants.
I loved that the story started talking about how far Percy and annabeth have come and getting nostalgia. It's a shame Grover wasn't around to share in the nostalgia trips. I need my Golden trio back (though I do love all the new characters).
