Hi ha plantes exòtiques que podem adoptar amb la consciència tranquil·la, perquè a casa nostra, es poden cultivar fàcilment i no es comporten com a invasores.
És una sort perquè, tot i que tinguem una planta autòctona per a cada necessitat, cap planta substitueix realment a una altra. Tota espècie te un caràcter propi que la fa única.

Em venen al cap l'equinàcia, l'artemisa dolça (A.annua), la bufera (ashwagandha), i la parra de cinc fulles. D'aquestes se n'ha parlat molt. Excepte de l'última.

El jiaogulan, Gynostemma pentaphyllum, carbassa xinesa o herbavinya, és una herba enfiladissa que conté uns compostos molt similars als del ginseng, però més potents.

"The #cannabis plant contains hundreds of chemical compounds. Among them #Cannabinoids , #flavonoids and #terpenes are the most relevant. Delta-nine #THC and #CBD are the most abundant cannabinoids and therefore the most studied.

However there are other minor cannabinoids such as delta-eight thc, #thca , thcv, cbg, #cbn , cbc which have been investigated to have therapeutic value (Izzo et al. 2009).

Although the compounds may have therapeutic effects taken alone (as in HEMP-derived isolate), their combined action when present together in whole plants (actually complete flower) extracts, is GREATER than the sum of their individual effects (up to 6x more potent according to recent studies).
