At #HelveticRuby a couple a weeks ago, I found myself disagreeing with parts of a talk, as good as it was. It's about onboarding junior developers. So I wrote my own addendum to it: https://2-45.pm/articles/2023/12/11/faxes-from-a-late-career-developer.html

#helveticruby was so cool. I was in tear like most of the assembly for the closing talk of Raia. All folks were so welcoming. Thanks @helvetic_ruby for the organization. I will be here in 2024 !

At every tech conference I go (e.g. #HelveticRuby,) I meet great people, and for some reason a lot of them are Swedish. I guess I’ll have to go on a tour of Swedish meetups at some point.
