I've finally ripped out every single "smart" thing in my place. So I no longer need Home Assistant and this, have a #raspberrypi 5 (4Gb) free.

Fellows, chums, buddies, degenerates all, what should I do with it? What fun projects should I use it for? I'm a mediocre computer toucher so any config, setup and programming is fine, good even!

I was thinking either a LoRA station (there are none near me), a Tor Relay (I'd need to also get a static IP from my ISP but that might be fine) or something like that.

I'm hoping you can help me make a decision. I recently lost my beloved Bose Sport earbuds and am in the market for a replacement. I use earbuds for gym workouts and running, and while I'm travelling locally. I usually only listen to audiobooks and podcasts, i.e. human speech. So the most important things for me are IP ratings, good battery life and a small case.

Which Graphical Display Manager (#GDM) are you using ?

I've noticed that:

- gdm3 triggers suspend-on-idle even if I'm connected via ssh
- lightdm forces me to type username in addition to password
- sddm seems ok so far

Others options ?
