Kneel down at the home altar.
Pray for arugula.
Take the arugula out of the fridge.
Cut a store-bought yellow bell pepper into pieces and put it in the (plastic) bowl of plenty.
Add a freshly picked, diced red apple.
Mix this with spicy hummus, garlic, and blood orange balsamic vinegar. (Meditate on Jesus/listen to psalms in the meantime)
Add the arugula and stir!
Eat it while reflecting on your sins.
