I enjoyed "Hello Tomorrow!" on Apple TV+ for the most part, but like the customers of Brightside, I expected more space
Moved too slow & still ended with far too many questions
Kept wanting more out of it
Wonder if it gets renewed for a season 2 and builds on a decent foundation for a story

Somehow I’m still just not sure how I feel about this show
I want to like it so badly, it has so many fun & quirky aspects
But I gotta get some answers soon
Maybe that comes in the finale - still holding out hope

Hello Tomorrow! impressionne avant tout pour la qualité de son univers rétrofuturiste. Le sens du détail et l’inventivité de cet univers délicieusement absurde m’ont émerveillé dans chaque episode.
Le fond n’est pas tout à fait à la hauteur de cette forme parfaite, néanmoins. L’histoire n’est pas mauvaise, mais assez banale et les personnages peinent à sortir de la caricature. Dans l’ensemble, j’ai quand même bien apprécié cette série Apple TV+.

@Jennifer_Pinkley #Shrinking is great. I found the plot of #HelloTomorrow a bit thin, and though #BillyCrudup puts in a good performance it’s not enough to carry the whole thing. Basically the whole first season feels like it should have been a 1-hour pilot, and I’m still not sure it would have been commissioned. But some people seem to like it. #AppleTVPlus

#AppleTVPlus has some terrific shows, including #TedLasso, #Shrinking, #SlowHorses, and #BadSisters, at the moment. Sadly, #HelloTomorrow is not one of them. How this show ever got made is beyond me. 🤷♂️
