Had a great round of HLL Vietnam. Squad stayed together, listened to orders, and relayed info. Even though there was only 4 of us, we had double the next closest squad's score.
It's amazing what a little communication, and a group who are willing to play the objective can do.
We lost, but that doesn't matter, we had intense firefights as a unit, and that always fun

Sometimes it's good to bite the bullet and go back to squad leading. Having a group of people going from a silent group of doing their own thing through to fighting as a unit makes it worth it.
My tips are, as the game says:
Communicate: always say shit, keep them in the loop, and pass on commander directions to them.
Be active: set Outposts, fight, and call shit for your team specifically.
Be fair: If someone's going to be a rambo, let them, speak to the rest of the squad.
Hell Let Loose: Vietnam is really bringing back my squad/clan/guild leader love, purely because everyone is so keen to do what a leader says. Not because I know everything, but purely because direction is better than none

Hell Let Loose: Vietnam crashed nach dem Hotfix von heute andauernd. Ich denk, ich setz erstmal ein paar Tage aus, bevor ich das weiter probiere. Da müssen noch ein, zwei Hotfixes kommen.

The horror aspect is still there. Laying down, in a bunch of bushes, hearing the footsteps of a dozen or so dudes. All it takes is one to notice you and "bang", you're done.
