The safety guidebook Helicopter Rotor Downwash: Preventing the Adverse Effects of Rotor Downwash is now available in English: https://www.ecologie.gouv.fr/sites/default/files/guidance_material_helicopter_downwash.pdf. This guidance document provides a lot of good information as well as lessons learned and best practices "from the field to the field" on the risks associated with the rotor downwash hitting the ground. 🚁
