Helgoland-Düne EDXH → St. Michaelisdonn EDXM
A little filler until the next big journey starts.
The Beechcraft Bonanza brought me in perfect weather from Helgoland to the eastern side of the Elbe estuary. From here, I will sporadically continue heading south.
But first things first: Tomorrow marks the beginning of a new adventure along the West Coast of North America. Stay tuned.

#GreySeals and #CommonSeals relax on the beaches of #Heligoland.
Visitors are asked to keep 30m distance - which is really not that much.
My wife and I spent a few days on #Heligoland (#Helgoland) this summer.
The architecture is not pretty and the food not great, but there are some great encounters with #wildlife!
We were too late for masses of breeding razorbills and guillemots, but the colonies of the #gannets were still occupied and are right beside the accessible foodpaths!

Quest'isola è un paradiso naturale dove prosperano foche e uccelli marini. Eppure, nel 1947, rischiò di essere polverizzata da un'esplosione.

Massive Attack - Paradise Circus
The single mix, quite different from the album mix. Massive Attack are one of the bands I return to again and again.
Released in 2010. The album version was published on the album "Heligoland".

Massive Attack - Psyche (Kehtae Edit)
Another interesting (inofficial) remix of a great song. The original (which is really excellent) was released on the album "Heligoland" in 2010. There are a lot of Massive Attack remixes on SoundCloud, too.
They seem to have inspired quite a few people.
