In similar vibe, this November there will be #TweedeKamerVerkiezingen2023 in the #Netherlands. The last decade+ the conservative #VVD was the largest and broke down our social welfare; cut back in healthcare, education budgets, housing. In the meantime gave in to #fossilfuel, #agriculture and #heavyindustries allowing them to #pollute with little oversight and #profit disproportionately. Yet the #Dutch kept voting (far) right.
I am somber, but hope for miracles and people coming to their senses.
