Happy chocolate egg day 👊 zone 2 metric half ran today. First couple of runs since the weekend, keeping pace and hr nice and slow. Tried some nasal breathing on last nights 5k so pace lower than usual for the hr zone. 30 minutes easy #run this morning to start off the week. So much better today with the cooler weather, took it easy for the first mile and then settled in to the run.
