So, I got the results from my ultrasound. In addition to the cyst on my left ovary, I now have one on the right. Yay.
I'm waiting until I actually talk to my doctor before I worry and stress about it.

In more medical funtimes, I went an had a thyroid ultrasound. During my PCP visit last week, we discovered that I had not had a follow-up since my biopsy. So, today was it. I should hear the results sometime this week.
I'm weirdly exhausted though. I haven't done much except the usual website maintenance and some social media stuff for @dragonwolfdesigns
But oy, I'm downright sleepy right now.

Got up way too early this morning for a visit to the nephrologist. Good news! Stable is the word of the day. All is normal except my Vitamin D is a teensy bit low. So I'll add a supplement to my pill keeper and we'll see in 3 months if that improves.

Tired and anxious but did stuff today. My house is a cluttered mess so I spent some time doing some uncluttering and cleaning. I'm in full nesting mode in preparation for the change of seasons, I think. I have to go slow and take frequent breaks but I like the progress I've made so far.

So, I mentioned getting a stationary bike. I've been using it. My thighs ache. I imagine I'll eventually have really strong thighs with which to crush a watermelon.

Got a stationary bike. On it for 30 minutes this morning. Tired & sweaty now. Going to try to keep it going. Feels good and I get to entertain the parrot!

Went for a quick walk during a lull in the rainfall. I'm now freezing. My nose is so cold.
