Squadrants is a great idea in my opinion, but uploading all your GPS tracks to yet another site is not. Luckily there is #HealthFit app that provides similar functionality on your device only.
And that reminds me I am long overdue to grow my biggest squadrant from 8x8 😅

En creusant, je pense avoir dit une bêtise; l'application #Healthfit a une nouvelle version depuis 2 jours (la 12.7), mais la mise à jour s'est faite hier sur mon iPhone.
J'ai écrit au développeur... -
Ho ho... Depuis hier dans la journée, je constate que #HealthFit ne récupère plus les exercices de mon #AppleWatch. Ça a fonctionné le matin, et depuis plus rien. Or il n'y a eu aucune mise à jour ni iOS (je suis en 26), ni HealthFit.
Quelqu'un aurait constaté le même soucis ? -

Today I went from 5x5 to 7x7 biggest squadrat 💪
Despite my #AppleWatch #FitnessApp didn’t bother to auto-resume training after I stopped to take a shot of smooth #gravel road I glided for a few kilometers 30km/h on my aluminium vintage road #bike with 26/28mm 😅 #Pirelli Cinturato Velo tires 🚴♂️
Luckily #Komoot recorded remaining part of the trip and I checked one remaining squadrat.

But I still managed to go from 4x4 biggest square size to 5x5 💪

#HealthFit #app is IMO the most important app related to health and workouts you can find on #iPhone #AppStore.
In many ways it is better than #GarminConnect.
I just upgraded from „awesome supporter” to „fantastical supporter” and I highly recommend it to anyone interested in #workouts insight and statistics. Or sharing selected workouts from AppleHealth to Strava, etc.

Easy 6km this morning. I ran through a part of town I don’t normally traverse on foot and my route took me through an interesting mix of residential, commercial/industrial and rural.
I ran past a massive flock (gang?) of corellas, some of which were roosting in this tree, and all of which were making ludicrous amounts of noise and generally being corella-y.

Race day! Ran brilliantly but unfortunately had some technical issues — GPS accuracy was super low, which, coupled with a twisty course, meant my watch short changed me by 170m :( AND it failed to record my heart rate for 90% of the race :( this would have been a 5k PB for me.
I’m annoyed by this recent degradation in HR sensing: 50% of my runs in the last month or two are missing chunks of HR data, though this is by far the worst example.

I enjoyed ending the day today by #cycling one of my favorite local #trails here in #NewEngland.
