  11. @PBruce It just baffles me how people in leadership can be so bad at communicating with others!!

    The fact that she starts by saying that she wants to change things because it "sounds bad", not because it "is" bad, means that she already lost the narrative, even if ultimately she is working to improve things. Unbelievable 😡
