#Oxford - the Cancer Research UK shop in #Headington (on the left heading out of town) has some very beautiful electric #guitars in the window today (and there were different ones last week, they seem to have found a good supply of these). I was almost tempted. The #violins they have are no use, though. A full sized lark and a child sized skylark, both lacking strings.

A fantastic bit of weather for a #hike up and around #Shotover, through #Horspath, over to grab lunch in #Wheatley, and back over Shotover and down to #Headington. #Oxford #Hiking #England #Countryside #CountrysideWalk

Today I walked a round trip of 13km: up Shotover hill, down into Wheatley for a coffee, up past Wheatley windmill and down into Horspath. I peeked though the windows of the primary school that I last attended a third of a dang century ago, and went back up and over Shotover country park. It was a fantastic hike, made even better by the wood absolutely bursting with bluebells! #Headington #Oxford #Shotover #Wheatley #Horspath #hiking #walking #bluebells #woods #nature #forest
