This was my bicycle on a Shuttlebus in Huntsville, Alabama years before the above picture.

$364 is how much I saved by using bike share and the bus over 4 days. Just by not paying for parking.

Forgot I got a picture of this.

This house being moved made me late for work. No mobile phone at the time, I had to call from a pay phone and tell them why I was running late. A house was blocking my way, including side streets blocked.

Years later, where it ended up, it became law offices. A lawyer there helped me win a civil law case since a speeding and failing to yield motorist crashed into me.

From 1994 until the end of October 2021, I had bicycled all these tracked areas in North Alabama.

When I was in Alabama, putting these notices on my yellow vests finally got the police to stop harassing me for bicycling legally on the road.

On page 502 of the hardback version of "Nemesis Games" by James S.A. Corey, the character Amos tells the character Alex that a bicycle is the perfect apocalyptic transportation device.

I liked that.

"The Expanse" television show was so much closer to the books than I would have thought. Really good adaptation. I even understand why they changed the few things they did.

Wow, so glad this happened. This should be in all the States.

Even more glad we moved here now.

Enjoyed bicycling a great 14K under very sunny skies at a gloriously warm -1 C .

The Root River Trail still has too much snow so I bicycled the city trail, then the not-so-mean city streets.

Then grocery shopping at Rushford Foods.

Closed, just took photo for the bicycle parking rack.

I've boosted this today, but I'm also posting it because it's a huge problem too many dismiss.

If your main transportation is a bicycle you know exactly why.

A7. The local Public Library has bikes to check out during the Spring and Summer. If I could get maintenance for them, I would love to do the same and have them distributed to as many small town librariess as possible with funding to keep them going.
