CW: questions de taf en restau en Fronce, dilemme, double-vie et lutte des classes, long post, demande de conseils
Bon, les ami'e's, j'ai du me résigner à retourner bosser dans la restau. Après seulement 2 CV déposés, j'avais un essai dès le lendemain pour 3 jours. Ça m'aura pris 1h pour retaper un peu mon fichier ODS, 30 min pour aller l'imprimer, 10 minutes pour me faire embaucher... "les gens veulent plus bosser dans la restau aujourd'hui", "avant fallait supplier pour être embauché, maintenant faut supplier pour embaucher", blabla bah ouai. Y a une raison à tout ça : qui peut bien avoir envie de se défoncer les articulations sous pression pour aller servir la soupe à la classe de la population la plus nocive de ce monde en feu ? Bref, c'est pas le sujet.
Mon but à la base c'était de trouver des extras pour faire une grosse fin de saison pour me sortir de la merde. Sauf qu'évidemment, je suis pas tombée sur n'importe quels patron'ne's mais sur une famille hyper intrigante, dont les parents exilé'e's ainsi que les employé'e's ont quelque chose de drôlement sympathique auquel j'arrive pas à être insensible (vous savez, cette espèce de "brutalité tendre" que peuvent avoir les personnes qui ont vécu le pire). Iels m'aiment bien, et iels me veulent en CDI, quitte à me payer correctement (wahou, n'est-ce pas ?). La dernière fois que j'ai accepté ça dans l'hôtellerie j'ai passé 2 ans en costard sous couverture de mégenrage à faire des cocktails et à rouler du cul en catwalk entre des tables, un plateau au bout des doigts pour faire un maximum de tips.
Une perf de dragking quotidienne, en somme. Un peu fun mais surtout lucratif. Quoi que... Moins que si j'allais cambrioler les client'e's, et sûrement moins aussi que si je reprenais un télétaf devant mon ordi. Mais plus que si je profitais juste du chômdu pour faire des trucs qui m'intéressent réellement, avec des dettes au cul. Et en même temps, j'ai l'impression que c'est aussi quand je charbonne physiquement que ma cervelle se remet le plus en action, que j'écris le plus de poésie ou de chansons, et que j'ai le plus envie de profiter du moindre temps libre pour ou bien me reposer, ou bien agir là où j'en ai vraiment envie, là où ça fait le plus sens sur le moment.
Alors j'avoue, je suis partagée. Et l'option par défaut me paraît pas trop déconnante, mais j'aimerais bien avoir votre avis : est-ce que je pourrais pas faire les démarches pour ouvrir mes droits au chômage, accepter le CDI comme si j'en voulais puis me barrer avant la fin de la période d'essai ? Je pourrais bénéficier de mes indemnités, non ? Jme trompe ?
En vrai, j'ai l'impression que la plus grosse question qui m'habite concerne la pertinence et la viabilité du projet qui me stimule intellectuellement et politiquement le plus. Alors peut-être que je devrais commencer par creuser cette piste. Mais ça demanderait de la développer plus collectivement et concrètement avant d'en parler publiquement, et de toute façon l'urgence n'est pas là pour le moment... Donc j'en reste aux questions ci-dessus. En sachant aussi une chose : si j'accepte ce taf, je risque fort de devoir faire des choix et de suspendre mon implication sur @midiverse... alors qu'il me reste au moins une dizaine de personnes en tête que j'adorerais interviewer.
