Вот вам типичная история: есть компания N численностью 2 тыс. сотрудников, люди работают на производственных площадках и в офисах. Вдруг усилилась текучка, и поток новичков ломает хоть как-то выстроенные процессы. Руководители жалуются, что сотрудники элементарно не понимают, как оформить нужные документы и получить технику, задают много вопросов (или не задают и ничего не понимают). Да и погружение в рабочие задачи хорошо идёт только там, где за этот процесс взялся прямой руководитель (читай: бросил часть дел и отвечает на все вопросы). Кто виноват и что делать? Мой ответ такой: конечно, нужно прописать регламенты и создать нормальную систему интеграции новых сотрудников в компанию. Но быстрое решение — хотя бы собрать единую базу знаний с ответами на часто задаваемые вопросы и разместить её на корпоративном портале. По опросам , 57% сотрудников считают интранет и корпортал делом бесполезным, но это у них нормального не было. @ceedee666 Good perspective there. For those of us on the #HCM side of things, adding #SuccessFactors into SAP’s AI 'strategy' gets even more complex and convoluted. I think a lot of the hype is about marketing, and keeping up with competitors' announcements. As a consultant, I want to see SAP build out AI in ways that actually help my customers achieve their goals. As Tobias mentioned - seems like what #SAP is doing (once again) is a bit far off from what customers want/ask for.

Most common lies are about the role’s responsibilities, growth and career development opportunities. 92% say they’ve had a candidate they lied to accept a job offer.

Details: "The researchers observed data entry workers in Chennai, India, who were working either in an office or at home, and found that those randomly assigned to working from home were 18% less productive than office workers.”

OK, for data entry, that's the case. Most professional workers are not doing straight-up data entry. It's meetings, analysis, collaboration and .... lots of email. Completely different work profile from data entry.

My org is switching from #PeopleSoft #HCM to #Oracle #Cloud and I don’t think the decision makers realize when they need something special the answer will be either “can’t do it because we can’t modify the system” or “the report you want will take twice to three times longer to produce because we have to merge multiple reports together.” I also don’t think they realize how much more expensive this is going to get for us.
