Here you can see the #NeoPixel cube in action, glowing with different colors. The animation was written in #MicroPython, and I'm quite happy with how it turned out :blobcat_nwn:

I built a #NeoPixel cube. I saw one at #Easterhegg, and it's actually quite easy to recreate :blobcatthumbsup:
It only needs six 8x8 NeoPixel matrix boards and the 3D-printed frame. Putting everything together with the tiny M2 screws was a bit fiddly, though :blobcatpeek:

Welcome! I see you're into leatherwork - do you have any pieces you like showing off?
Oooh how lovely! Yes! Always! Thank you :)
I usually bind books and do so regularly for weddings in my friend group, so I can't show a lot of my stuff because there are names on it. But this is the first book I bound a few years back, which I use to showcase what I do during events like the day of open hackerspaces:

It was a great event at the "Nacht der Technik" (Night of Technology) in Koblenz, Germany, with so much to see and discover.
Of course, you couldn’t possibly miss the booth from the hacker and makerspace haxko, showing off what’s possible with 3D printing and all sorts of cool tech projects. Visitors could even solder circuit boards and take them home.

It’s time for new projects. Like this small version of the Space Clock as an LED matrix.
It opens up even more possibilities. -
