I've done it before but never voluntarily (only in gym classes when I was younger) but I will never do it again unless my life depends on it . . .
. . . a situation that thanfully hasn't come up in my life yet. 😉
I #row 10k meters daily on my #Concept2 #rower for exercise instead.
