Wenn ein Mensch getötet wird, ist das immer furchtbar. Egal, ob er in Ausübung seines Berufes sein Leben verloren hat oder als Privatperson.

Auch schlimm ist allerdings, wenn Medien über die Tötung eines Menschen zur Steigerung ihrer Auflage total reißerisch oder gar falsch berichten. So unter anderem bei der Tötung eines Polizisten geschehen. Das ist nicht nur für Hinterbliebene schlimm, sondern auch für die Allgemeinheit, der die komplexen Hintergründe einer gerichtlichen Entscheidung nicht erklärt werden. Und für die beteiligten #Richter*innen und #Anwält*innen, die so #Hatespeech und #Morddrohungen ausgesetzt werden.

Mit Absicht wird nämlich bei Freispruch wegen #Schuldunfähigkeit gern verschwiegen, dass dann meist eine dauerhafte #Unterbringung in der geschlossenen Psychiatrie verhängt wird.

Aber ohne diese Auslassung wäre es ja auch kein Skandal mehr - ganz schlecht für die Auflage...
