@ElizabethLeeCo when I was diagnosed with #hashimotos disease the endo told me to expect other autoimmune issues. Apparently it’s common. Then I got celiac. Now, I’m done and want no more 😂

Well, the very least they could do is decriminalize it, jeez. That IS utterly ridiculous. I’m sorry. Hopefully they fix it in 2023 so you can shop in a store and have access to better selection.

Today is my "Doctor" day. I have two appointments. One with my Endocrinologist for my #Hashimotos and #Diabetes2. The second one will be with my primary for a wellness checkup and to ask about my vertigo.

1st appointment, doctor is happy with my lab work and we have devised a plan to reduce my #Tirosint (TSH was low.) She also increased my #Mounjaro as I'm doing well on it.

Day 4 of getting on the stationary bike. Yes, I only did 11 minutes yesterday and today, but that's better than Monday and Tuesday when I only did 10. Yay me! 🏅
