It's the month of Halloween so we'll look at costumes from our troupe each day!
For our first steampunk play in 2009, we made the harlequinade stock character of Columbine into a clockwork automaton with large wind-up key constructed by troupe engineer Chuck. Clocky Columbine would return in 2011 for "The Clocky Horror Steampunk Show" with a floorshow outfit of Columbina from our 2009 "Rocky Horror Commedia Show" in troupe colors crafted by friend of the troupe Deb.

#TBT 2011 when we proved why it's good to always pack costumes even if you didn't anticipate performing - as we unexpectedly staged "The Manual Automation of Dr. A. P. Pliance", a short steampunk commedia dell'arte skit, twice at ConFusion! #ThrowBackThursday
ConFusion returns this weekend in Novi, Michigan near Detroit! See more: https://2023.confusionsf.org/
