Today I finally did some yarn-finishing. Naturally this meant it must rain. Can't complain though - the rain helps to clear the haze.

First yarn spun on my new wheel. Some Malabrigo Nube fibre. I lost a chunk when plying because my bobbin was not large enough, and I failed in using the Andean plying tool, but it ended up with 100g almost right on the dot

Spinning update: As 3-ply it really does remind me of tropical punch! Hmm thinking of plying it with my more white-gold/platinum blonde colourway to bring out the yellows... Let me have a think.
