The pencils are done on the front view walk cycle #animation. Here are a couple of my favourite frames. Each is less than 4cm tall.

Takes a bit of setup to get to this point.

The illustrations have to be at the right scale to match the backdrops, the movement and detail has to match across angles... I have a love/hate relationship with animation. Best part is when you watch it in motion for the first time.

Continuing from yesterday, here are 2 original #animation sketches of Jerry Mouse from the 1943 MGM #cartoon "The Lonesome Mouse" - produced by Hanna and Barbera.
I try to collect pieces that either stand out to me as #art in their own right or make me remember specific characters or cartoons I watched at some point as a kid. I think these lovely drawings win on both counts.
