    @funkvolk In unserer Diskussion ging es um das Motiv für Beteiligung. Ich hatte ausgeführt, dass es eine falsche Erwartung ist, erlebbare "politische Wirkung" zum Maßstab politischer Beteiligung zu machen. Genau das findet sich in der #Organizing-Literatur wieder, indem zwischen "transactional outcomes" und "transformative outcomes" unterschieden wird: "A transactional approach to activism focuses on the quantifiable indicators of the numbers of people who take action" #Han2014:94 1/x

    Laut #Han2014:93 unterscheiden #Pastor_et_al2011 zwischen transaktionalen und transformativen Ergebnissen von Mitwirkung und Beteiligung. Ich bin da heute morgen drauf gestoßen und ich denke, das meint genau, was ich damals in unserem Gespräch im Sinn hatte und auch sonst im Sinn habe: Der dauerhafte Anreiz zur Mitwirkung ist m.E. primär in den "transactional outcomes" zu suchen.
