US District Judge Ana C. Reyes of DC had enjoined the #Trump admin in February from ending #TPS for #Haitians, & a federal appeals court had refused to lift the ban. Reyes reversed her decision after #SCOTUS ruled 6-3 in June that federal #law bars judicial review of TPS determinations.

I absolutely second the motion. Let the #Haitians come to Canada if they're kicked out of the US. Certainly, the locals and local politicians down there want them to stay. Say what you will about #Trudeau, he was true to his word in allowing 25,000+ Syrians into Canada quickly in the midst of their war.
