It seems that it's okay with the Supreme Court's conservative majority that those with power or political pull make baseless derogatory accusations against entire swaths of people of the same #race as long they don't explicitly say that their baseless claims are racial (or perhaps as long as the conservatives of #SCOTUS agree with the claims 🤔).
