#hair and #nails are locked and loaded for #Vidcon!! while I was at the #hairsalon, I complimented her nails, and she told me she got them done across the street. so after my hair was done I randomly decided to get my nails done by someone else in the first time in twenty years (and like, once, before that).. the manicurist kept complimenting my nail beds, thanks I guess? 😅 it's all VERY girly for me... I spent most of my life dressing "grunge" or "tomboy" (mostly to try to make myself less noticeable so I'd get bullied/harassed less), it's only the last few years I've been forcing myself to add more color to my wardrobe, even though I feel like I look silly any time I try to frill things up. but hey, go big or go home... I'll still be wearing my #genderEquality shirts and jeans throughout the convention, but maybe I can sneak into an after party or something and wear a dress one night!
