Something I noticed today.

After I had typed the word "shoe" a dozen or so times, it started to look really weird.

I found myself wondering if I had misspelled it, or, indeed, even if it was a word at all. After a little while, I found myself wondering if I was even using English, or any human language.

I began to wonder if a 'shoe' was something I had made up. Socks, however, remained perfectly reasonable.

Eventually I was questioning my own nature, and if I was real.

I am still not sure.

I just saw a headline along the lines of "Euclid Discovers Einstein's Ring", and it got me wondering.

In the deep dark distant future, will some archaeologist or historian stumble onto this headline and, with all the evidence of reality shows, conclude that:
a) Euclid and Einstein were contemporaneous
b) In addition to being philosopher and physicist, were lovers - at least in the media
c) Either Einstein proposed marriage OR was unfaithfully planning to propose to someone else.

But that would be all too silly to contemplate, right?

Robotic astrophotography cameras like the Vespera, Dwarf, SeeStar, etc. should put in multiple-resolution sensors akin to the Hubble WF/PC 2 to capture the big stuff and small stuff at the same time. Since they all do computational postprocessing anyway, end users needn’t even know this is what the raw images look like. #HaHaOnlySerious #astrophotography
