In the case of Arab al-Zebach, a Bedouin community living in the Galilee, he instructed to leave no trace: "Every Arab from the Zabahim must be killed."
[...] "I conquered Beersheva. I ordered my men to wipe out anyone who showed up on the streets - resisting or not. Destroy everything. Once the town surrendered, the killing stopped. Britain, as de-facto colonial power tried to maintain control and #Haganah had to fight them, too - until the British withdrew.
So the freedom fighter, who fought for #independence against the #colonialists, is #Israel.
