The #Helsinki Central Library #Oodi 2nd floor is one of the coolest things ever. All the printers, and other gear can be booked from https://varaamo.hel.fi/ and https://tilavaraus.hel.fi/en - While there are #hacklabs, too, for some hacklabs can be a bit intimidating (although they should not be, they're very welcoming!). Of course the central location of the library might be easier than that of the hacklab, too.
