On July 7, 1914, kk #PrimeMinister Stürgkh agreed to the secret ultimatum strategy in order to initiate #war against #Serbia.
However, he did not inform his own ministers about this rationale when the ultimatum was delivered on July 23. This fact has previously been little known.
