Both #Kise & #Habba continued to accuse #Engoron’s #LawClerk of bias, claiming that she writes notes to the judge about the defense.
Justice Engoron pounded the table & said, "I have an absolute right to get advice from my principal law clerk.”
He also pointed out that attys pass notes all the time at the defense table (he didn’t claim to know the contents of their notes)
Kise made a remark about his need to report a perceived bias & he has a 1st Amndt right to criticize the clerk.
