  1. #Leapmotor #T03 #LED #Leuchtmittel Einbau #H7 Halogen gegen #Philips #Ultinon getauscht - Anleitung - #DIY

    Also um unsere Sicherheit. Und dafür benötigt es ein leuchtstarkes Leuchtmittel, was Anno 2026 eine Standard-H7-Halogen-Glühbirne nicht mehr ist. Seit Jahren gibt es für den Straßenverkehr zugelassene und erprobte #LED- #Leuchtmittel von #OSRAM und #PHILIPS. Ich habe mich für letzteren entschieden. Das hatte ganz einfach Preisgründe.

  5. #NZ suspends #poultry exports after first case of #H7 #birdflu {virus infection}

    Source: Reuters, {Excerpt} (...) Tests confirmed the H7N6 subtype of bird flu at a rural chicken farm in the Otago region, Biosecurity New Zealand said in a statement. It is different to the H5N1 strain that has spread globally and raised fears of human transmission. (...) our testing shows it is unrelated to a H7 strain that was identified in Australia earlier this year," Biosecurity New…

  6. #Influenza A Virus #H7 #nanobody recognizes a conserved immunodominant epitope on #hemagglutinin head and confers heterosubtypic #protection

    Source: BioRxIV, AbstractInfluenza remains a persistent global health challenge, largely due to the virus continuous antigenic drift and shift, which impede the development of a universal vaccine. To address this, the identification of broadly neutralizing antibodies and their epitopes is crucial. Nanobodies, with their unique…

  7. Neu5Gc #binding loss of subtype #H7 #influenza A virus facilitates #adaptation to gallinaceous #poultry following transmission from #waterbirds, J Virol.: journals.asm.org/doi/10.1128/j

    In summary, our findings highlight the critical role of Neu5Gc in affecting the host range and interspecies transmission dynamics of H7 viruses among avian species.

  8. Highly pathogenic avian #influenza #H5 virus exposure in #goats and #sheep biorxiv.org/cgi/content/short/

    We conducted a serological #survey for binding #antibodies to flu A & B in goats (n=452) & sheep (n=329) in #Pakistan & found high seropositive rates for HA of avian influenza A #H5 (23.9-34.0%), #H7 (13.9-37.1%), & #H9 (17.0-34.7%). In contrast, there were low levels of seropositivity against HA of human & swine pandemic #H1N1/pdm09 (0.9-1.8%) in goats and against swine H3 (0.6%) in sheep.

  9. #Farm #biosecurity #practices affecting avian #influenza virus circulation in commercial #chicken #farms in #Bangladesh pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/390109

    We collected pooled fecal swabs from 225 farms and tested the samples for the AIV matrix gene followed by #H5, #H7, and #H9 subtyping using rRT-PCR. We found that 39.6% of chicken farms were AIV positive, with 13% and 14% being positive for subtypes H5 and H9, respectively.

  15. #COBRA #HA and #NA #vaccination elicits long-live protective immune responses against pre-pandemic #H2, #H5, and #H7 #influenza virus subtypes, Virology: sciencedirect.com/science/arti

    Multivalent vaccine was evaluated in both naïve & pre-immune mice to mimic immunity in humans. Both HA head- & stem-directed Abs levels were high in vaccinated mice. Little to no #lung #injury was observed in lungs of vaxed mice following challenge. Vaccine provided 4-mos-long protection vs clade 2.3.4.4 #H5N6 virus.

  16. Avian #influenza viruses in #NZ wild #birds, with an emphasis on subtypes #H5 and #H7: Their distinctive #epidemiology and #genomic properties pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/388299

    Findings suggest a low probability of introduction of HPAI viruses via long-distance bird migration and a unique epidemiology of AIV in New Zealand.
