hab mich blödgefressen. 😁Ich habe den "Pasta-Auflauf mit Gyros" vegetarisiert und wie schon früher "stopft" das Gericht, auch ohne #Fleisch.
Die Herausforderung ist die Nachahmung des #Gyros. Ich habe dafür #Sojaschnetzel, ein spezielles Einweichwasser und anschließend eine #Marinade verwendet. Die #Gewürze machen viel her.Neuer Name: "Vegetarischer Gyros-Nudelauflauf"
