I'm planning to add some new foods to my #cooking reper...repwa....skilltree this weekend.
Except not. I'm going to start with #falafel and #tzatziki as a side to like...BLTs or something. I don't need 3.5 new recipes in one afternoon. (I need falafel for the one #vegetarian in the house)
A surprising number of gyro #recipes make essentially meatloaf with ground beef and lamb or pork, then cook and slice the loaf and fry it. It looks....meh. I want the meat to be tender because it was cooked well (#sousvide?).
