A surprising number of gyro #recipes make essentially meatloaf with ground beef and lamb or pork, then cook and slice the loaf and fry it. It looks....meh. I want the meat to be tender because it was cooked well (#sousvide?).

Da das Tzatziki bereits angerührt und der Djuvec-Reis auf das Go wartet, stinkt es in der Küche ziemlich heftig nach Knoblauch. Ich gestehe, dass ich mal wieder eskaliert bin. 😅Es besteht die Gefahr, dass das alles nicht schmecken wird, denn es fehlt etwas Grundsätzliches: Retsina für den Koch!

hab mich blödgefressen. 😁Ich habe den "Pasta-Auflauf mit Gyros" vegetarisiert und wie schon früher "stopft" das Gericht, auch ohne #Fleisch.
