German minister of Economics and Climate Action, Robert Habeck, visited the Gaia-X Federation Services #GXFS booth at Hannover Messe #HM23 today.

At the heart of #GXFS is the #SSI kernel we built, and that is now in the process of being transferred to the #Eclipse foundation.

It's truly rewarding to see how far we have come over the past years, and I'm excited to know this is only just the beginning... 💪

#Gaia-X has a large booth in Hall 8 at Hannover Messe #HM23 this year, including the Gaia-X Federation Services (#GXFS) which are currently being transferred over to #Eclipse (https://projects.eclipse.org/proposals/eclipse-xfsc-cross-federation-services-components) to provide the basis for the first SSI Kernel and Dataspace Foundation as a universal stack built within the #softwarefreedom community.
