If anyone in or from Guyana, or the Caribbean, happens to have:
Charmaine Blackman ad for Wireless Connections, aired around 2004-2008 time range
I am desperate to find it

I'm fuming. I've been trying to take my cousin to Kaieteur Kitchen for years, and now the only good #Guyanese restaurant (that I know of) in all of #London is getting evicted. Their food is/was fantastic, and I have been singing their praises to everyone in my life since I went the first time.
It isn't difficult to see a pattern with the kind of restaurants getting shut down in Castle Square. E&C has been swimming in new luxury flats for a decade now, and I guess someone somewhere has decided it might be easier to sell them with a more "sanitised" kind of commerce.
Next time my family's asking "where did all the other Guyanese go?", I'll think about this and know why. -

I ain’t too sure if I should apologise (to my fellow #Guyanese) for not having an American, Canadian, Aussie or British accent. Or for not sounding like a trained voice actor.
I’m just a writer reading, in her own voice, the way writers do when they’re standing in front of you, dear lovers of #stories. (Those who go to #book launches would know.)
Here is a tiny piece of #Guyana:

After a number of delays due to inclement weather, the #CPL rolled into Warner Park in #StKitts to meet an enthusiastic audience of supporters. #Kittitians, #Nevisians and #Guyanese showed up in their numbers to watch their teams.
