Fand bei jüngster Lektüre von #GuyDebord Klassiker reichlich Hinweise, dass dieses #Blödmaschinen-Phänomen (siehe Seeßlen & Metz) der Gesellschaft des Spektakels schon länger beobachtet und kommentiert wird, aber aus irgendeinem Grund, verbreitet sich eine weise Skepsis viel langsamer als — Oh! Not so long ago, an event like ALTEREGOISM — organised by the everyone is a girl collective (https://everyoneisagirl.substack.com/) and drawing on thinkers such as #timothymorton #markfisher Sherry Turkle, #GillesDeleuze and #GuyDebord — would have taken the form of a cultural theory or cultural studies seminar. You’d have most likely found it in a university setting or arts venue such as the ICA.

But ALTEREGOISM didn’t happen in an established, formal institution. It took place in a packed room above a vintage clothes shop called Bread & Butter in Shoreditch (of course it had to be East London!).

this sounds like a pre-#guydebord fantasy. But I feel you :/ maybe there is a way.
Worst case scenario @PatrickWirth is right and when climate and energy crisis are going to hit hard (I mean critically hard for the westerners) we'll get them all back at once to put this whole world to an end ;) (well ok that's a fantasy too, but you started it)
