Die Sinfonien von Gustav #Mahler beeindrucken mich immer wieder aufs neue...
Kein Komponist hat die Zerrissenheit des Menschen, die Extreme seines Denkens, Fühlens und Handelns so in Musik bringen können wie er. Und immer wieder entdecke ich, auch abhängig von den Interpretationen der Dirigent:innen neue Facetten und philosophische Themen in dieser Musik, die mir heute genau so aktuell zu sein scheint, wie zur Zeit ihrer Entstehung.
