You know change is a matter of #willpower. Decision. So I'm probably not going to bed before #meditation because that would just be ridiculous. So willpower to slog through the #tiredness and actually meditate and not fall asleep on camera in front of #Guruji!! 🧘🏻♀️🧘🏻♀️🧘🏻♀️
