#Prosecutors have refiled murder charges despite judge's ruling ending #Alameda county's no #bail hold, alleging Angelo Antonio Ray who purchased gun illegally for $500 was not only goofing off, but acted with #malice. Sheriff deputies claimed Ray told them teen couple were handling the stolen #pistol when he pointed and shot her in chest at very close range, apparently claiming he believed it was unloaded.
As Izabella Raquedan-Retuta staggered out of her bedroom dying, 18 year old Angelo told one her relatives "She got shot,” and when asked by a frantic aunt about the whereabouts of deadly weapon, said "Nobody cares".
