Reminds me of a cross between China Mieville’s ‘Last Days of New Paris’ and #fallofdeltagreen perhaps without demons but plenty of the art/craft of the ballad coming alive. #storyrpg (and #GUMSHOESystem Labs) style - so maybe you could/should include demons it being early 1800’s UK.

Ahh, Sunday. Before I could even get out of bed, #TheYellowKingRPG ensorceled me as if I was staying to read The King in Yellow play. Finally got to volume one's section on 1890's Paris, people, places, foes and possible Carcosan arcs. Now I don't know iif I can... Or even want to escape.
