  1. Budapest, 1955. Gül Baba Street is one of the steeper places in Budapest. It's named after the poet and companion of Suleiman I ('The Magnificent') who defeated Hungary in 1526 and conquered Buda in 1541. Gül Baba died the same year and was buried near this street. His tomb has recently been renovated by the Turkish and Hungarian governments and officially re-opened by both Orbán and Erdoğan in 2018.
