    Watched #GugaFoods on tenderizing some tough and lousy cut of #beef and pineapple won over dry aging. It is messy, but also quick, however keeping the stuff inside for too long will cause disintegration. That also gives an idea on how strong the stomach acid and the meaty wall around are inside the hoomahn body ;p

    Something I have in mind to try out, but I also keep postponing it, due to the mess I expect.
