I recently bought a new motor for my #GT12 R/C car. It didn't seem to be giving the power that it should and the people who sold it to me were fairly adamant that it was supposed to be a bit wussy, but I was unconvinced. So, the only solution was to buy a motor analyser, costing far more than the motor cost to see who was right. Tomorrow I'll find out.

This was not part of the plan. These are new tyres. They're raced 4 races and inspection reveals that there is already a chunk missing from the front left. I'm told this might be to do with me not having "trued". This is the practice of using a lathe to remove some of the diameter of the foam before racing. I call this "wasting" not "truing". That said, the evidence may be against me. #GT12

#GT12 seem to get through tyres like there's no tomorrow. Thankfully they're not that expensive. This one has done one evening's racing and is probably good for another two. Apparently when I'm racing properly they might do two evenings if I'm lucky.

I've decided to join the world of #GT12 #racing. So far I've only managed to run in one evening's racing, but that was better than almost all of the #TouringCar races that I did over the previous year. Basically it's an easier car to drive on an indoor circuit. #WeLiveInHope
