Finished with these Sinclair gas pumps for my in-law's g-scale model train setup in their yard. My brother in-law printed the actual pieces, I've just painted in the details.
It isn't the most consistent freehand I've ever done, but also I had to do each bit three times, so you get what you get 😅

Who loves clear coats? We love clear coats!
All the people of the village, done as they are going to get with several clear coats to hopefully keep them safe outside.

Lots of fun making this garbage can look a bit beat up, need to figure out how to make the bear look less brand new in comparison 😉

Progress on what is now being called The Village People is continuing on at a steady clip! You can accomplish a lot when not going for much detail.
I'd say these are just about done, barring touch ups, maybe a wash or two and varnish.
Still a few more both unprimed and in the printer.

It has been a printing spree trying to prepare gifts for my inlaws train setup. I've made a lot of progress while simultaneously trying to troubleshoot print failures. Sometimes the supports come away from their bases near the middle of the print plate.
You can see a few of the minis here have club feet as a result. I think I've narrowed down some solutions, but there are a lot of variables to test.
I only plan on printing two or three more, and there are some hanging in the printer to clean, but today I'm taking a break from the printer so I don't lose my mind.
I did some airbrush tasks instead (I try to batch them). The minis pictured here are now primed but I didn't get a picture and I don't want to get up.

My son got a G-Scale locomotive for Christmas. This introduced me to the confusing world of knuckle couplers for model trains.
I'd bought some Kadee connectors, but found I didn't have the one I needed. So I made an adapter in FreeCAD and 3D printed it.
