  1. Building personal resilience

Everything doesn’t always go great. When that happens, I always go through a root cause analysis. Sometimes that’s quite tedious, but I believe it’s worth it. Some people want to forget and ignore mistakes, and just carry on like nothing happened. I want to deeply learn from every negative event, whether or not it was my fault. Processing failures properly and learning from them is a very important step in making true progress.

  7. Somewhere along the way, most of us stopped treating learning as an adventure and started treating it as a performance.

Children don’t ask, “What if I sound silly?” They don’t wait until they know every rule before they speak. They experiment. They laugh. They make mistakes. Then they try again. Every attempt moves them forward.

    Adults often do the opposite.

We convince ourselves we need to know more before we begin. We worry about pronunciation. We overthink every sentence. We stay silent because silence feels safer than getting it wrong.

But language has never belonged to the fearless. It belongs to the willing.

That is why I teach Hebrew differently.

Inside Practically Speaking Hebrew, I don’t expect perfection. I expect participation. I want you speaking from the very beginning.
